What to Expect from Reel Unlimited

At Reel Unlimited, we offer subscription-based design services for startups, small businesses, and digital agencies. As a human-provided service, our small team values feedback, mutual respect, and honest collaboration.

We operate on 3 working hour schedules, based on your location. You may be assigned to a team that is in or close to your time zone. The following working hours apply for each region:

• US/CA: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm EDT
• UK/EU: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm BST
• AU/NZ: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm AEST

All work is delivered based on the time zone you selected, which is the same as the designers you are working with.

All subscriptions offer one task at a time, except for legacy subscriptions that may have more than one or two tasks at a time. This means we can't work on more than one design project for you at the same time unless you buy an additional seat. Buying an additional seat is easy and can be done quickly on the dashboard.

The scope of service is the official list of design work we can handle on your Reel Unlimited subscription. Projects outside our scope will not be fulfilled.

We are not a service built for large-scale projects; if you have extensive projects that need more time and resources, we suggest you check with our sister company, Reel Unlimited Studio, which is a full-service design studio that can handle complex projects with a custom price model.

We are a remote, asynchronous company, which means we avoid calls as much as possible and prefer more productive ways to communicate with clients through comments, emails, or Slack messages. We believe that asynchronous communication works best for everyone. Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support for project inquiries.

Billing occurs monthly, and you may cancel at any time. We do not offer discounts, as our primary focus is delivering the best service rather than being the cheapest option. If budget is your main concern, more affordable design services are available elsewhere.
