Canceling Your Subscription

Canceling your Reel Unlimited subscription will be effective immediately. We will stop working on all current projects in progress, even if you have unused time in your subscription plan's billing cycle. In addition, your Slack integration will be disconnected, and creators will no longer be assigned to your remaining projects in queues.

To cancel your subscription plan:

1. Open your account's Settings
2. Click the Subscription tab and check the Billing information
3. Click Cancel subscription
4. Choose the reason you're canceling
5. Click the red button Proceed to deactivate all projects immediately
