Revision Timeframe
Revisions take 24 hours for graphic design, longer for web/UX/UI. Contact PM for delays.
Once the designer delivers your first output, you should receive all your files within 6-24 hours of approving your design. If you ask for changes, expect a new update 24 hours after submitting your revision either on the feedback URL or via comment on our platform. Each round of revision takes 24 hours for graphic design tasks; however, revision for web design, landing page, and UX/UI design tasks may take longer than 24 hours.
Your project manager will be happy to help if you see your task take longer than expected.
