Reel Unlimited charges a one-time administration fee of $30 to cover the costs associated with processing refunds, including Stripe fees. Payment processors typically charge 2-3% fees for each transaction, but these fees do not cover refund fees. As a result, when we issue a refund, we may end up refunding more money than we originally received from you, which can significantly impact our ability to continue serving our clients and paying our team.

We understand that this fee may be an inconvenience for some customers. Still, we hope you can appreciate the need for us to maintain our business operations while also providing quality customer service. Rest assured that we will only charge the processing fee when a refund is issued and deduct the fee from the refund amount.

We value your business and want to provide you with the best possible experience when working with us. Therefore, by purchasing any product or service from Reel Unlimited or continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by this policy and pay the processing fee in case of a refund. The processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount and will not exceed $30.
