Pausing Your Subscription

Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to pause your plan. If you need to halt your subscription temporarily, you will need to cancelyour subscription. However, you can always resume a monthly subscription by purchasing a new plan whenyou'reready.

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to take a break from our servicesfor a while. In such cases, canceling your subscription is the best option to ensure that you are not charged for the period when you are not using our services.

Once you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will be deactivated, and you will no longer be charged. When you are ready to resume using our services, simply visit our website and purchase a new monthly subscription. Your account will be reactivated, and you can start submitting design or content requests right away.

Please note that when you reactivate your subscription, you may have to pay a different price than you were paying before. Any discounts or conditions previously assigned to your account are no longer valid, and you may be assigned to a designer or writer different from the one you previously worked with, depending on availability.
